Prices:
Apartment prices are in EURO per apartment and night, excluding local tax without meals; Room rates are in EURO per person and night, including breakfast, excluding Tourist tax. In summer-season the Silvretta-Premium-Card is not included in the price.
Local tax:
The local tax of € 4,00 per day and per person will be charged extra. Children up to 15 years are free of local tax.
Breakfast for apartment guests:
Guests of the apartments are welcome to take part in the breakfast buffet for an additional fee and prior booking. If you book breakfast directly at the time of booking, you will receive a discount.
Final cleaning apartments:
One-time fee for final cleaning: fee will be assessed for the final cleaning per apartment and per double room (booked as additional room to apartment).
Double room as an additional room:
Booked as an additional room to the apartment without breakfast and daily cleaning
Double room for single occupancy:
Double rooms are usually NOT rented as single occupancy. When booking a double room by a single person – price on request.
Reductions for children:
In the double room of the parents extra bed on request.
New Year's Eve and Carnival week:
In the period (21.12.2024 to 04.01.2025 and 01.03.2025 to 08.03.2025) the apartments the price for the maximum occupancy is calculated!
Short stays:
For stays of up to 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 10%.
Means of payment:
Credit card, Mastercard, Visa Card, cash payment (EURO).
Reservation:
In case of reservation (only valid in writing) of an apartment or a room, we ask for a deposit according to the booking confirmation (free of charge for the recipient), by bank transfer to our account at Volksbank Tirol AG: Mario Zangerl, Apart Garni Schadhof, IBAN: AT974239000520007522 BIC: VBOEATWWINN). The reservation is confirmed with the transfer - we will send a confirmation.
When a reservation is made (accommodation contract), the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry 2006 apply. If the prices in the booking confirmation differ, the prices quoted in the price list always apply.
Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, the apartments or rooms are available as of 3 p.m. On the day of departure, check out is at 9.30 a.m. for the apartments and check out for the double rooms is at 10.00 a.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6.00 p.m.
WLAN:
Free internet via WIFI.
Services:
Non-used services (breakfast, etc. ) will not be refunded.
Parking places:
Our house has an underground garage. One parking space per room or apartment is reserved for you – please register in advance if you are arriving with an additional car.
Pets:
On request for a fee allowed.
Ski passes available from us:
You can get your ski passes for cash at the reception.
Non-smokers - smokers:
We would like to point out that smoking is not allowed in the entire house. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Thank you for your understanding!
Online booking:
When making an online booking through our website, the booking process will be concluded on the official website of the Paznaun - Ischgl tourism association.
Arrival by taxi:
The taxi company „Alpentaxi“ (Tel.: +43/5444-5757) is at your disposal day and night. You are welcome to book a cab online via our website. (Recommended on weekends!)
Ski bus/hiking bus:
With a valid ski pass or your Silvretta Premium Card (summer), you can use the ski or hiking bus free of charge (dogs must be muzzled on public transport). In short intervals he commutes directly to the cable cars, and back again. The bus stop is about 50m in front of the Apart Garni Schadhof.
Cross-country skiing:
A 10 km long cross-country ski trail (Ischgl to Galtür) passes near our house.

Cancellation options
Are only valid in writing - and only as soon as you have received a confirmation from us. For cancellations up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival, a free cancellation is possible. Up to 1 month before the day of arrival will be charged 40%, up to 1 week before the day of arrival will be charged 70% and in the last week before the day of arrival, in case of no-show or early departure will be charged 90% of the total package. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply. Should fewer than the booked number of persons arrive, the full room or apartment price will be charged (according to the booking confirmation).
